Hi, my name is Victor Courte. I am a singer, songwriter, musician and carpenter, when I'm not playing my music. I was born in the Laurentian mountains in a small area called Harrington Quebec. Born to a Scotish mother and French father I am 1 of 7 children. We were surrounded by music from the time we were born. I've been writing and performing my music for well over 25 years and have decided with all the technology out there to start this blogging page to introduce you to my music. What also sparked the fire in me to share the first song on the site is the recent talk again coming from the province of Quebec that they might seek to separate from the rest of Canada. I wrote a song called reflections approximately 15 years ago which I hope will make its way right across this great country of ours and make people stop and think. Think for ourselves, not what our politicians are telling us, but what is deep within our own hearts.
